Schematic Design is underway for a house for a young family in Venice Beach. The site and its history is very interesting as it fronts a street that use to be part of the Venice Canals in the early 1900's. Take a look at what Venice Beach use to look like when Abbot Kinney first began to develop the land, then know as "Venice of America." Check back in to follow the development of the project.
