PVDW Remodel

Colega has been retained to remodel and update an existing house in Palos Verdes. The house has great character and overlooks Palos Verdes Drive West and the Pacific Ocean. We are looking forward to giving the house some much needed TLC.

Clearsite Project added to Website

The Clearsite remodel demonstrates how a small addition can transform the appearance and experience of an existing home. We have been retained to design an addition, reconfigure the interior of the original tract home and create a modern living environment, inside and out. The addition houses the new living room on the ground floor and connects to the existing house to create a large balcony accessed from the second floor.
